The report is what you hand back to the writer, with named line edits where relevant.

What it does

• Step 1, draft: The draft, plus your editorial standard if defined.
• Step 2, check: Voice, length, em-dashes, banned phrases, citations reachable, FAQ block present, internal links both ways, primary query in the right places.
• Step 3, score: Pass, flag, or fail per gate. Line-edit notes attached to fails.
• Step 4, report: Markdown report you hand to the writer. Each gate named, each fail explained.
