An editor without a checklist is an editor who is going to forget something. This Skill takes a draft, runs it against your team’s editorial standard, and outputs a structured review report with pass / flag / fail on each gate. The report is what you hand back to the writer, with named line edits where relevant.
What it does
- Step 1, draft: The draft, plus your editorial standard if defined.
- Step 2, check: Voice, length, em-dashes, banned phrases, citations reachable, FAQ block present, internal links both ways, primary query in the right places.
- Step 3, score: Pass, flag, or fail per gate. Line-edit notes attached to fails.
- Step 4, report: Markdown report you hand to the writer. Each gate named, each fail explained.
